Ucas form
Fee: 14 pounds
Each student who wants to apply for the Uk Universities must fill the UCas form to complete his/her application process.
Ucas form contains blanks to fill the information about you and it will be sent to the Universities that you want to apply for. You have six choices for the Univeristies, you can fill all of these or just partially. For Medicine students, you only have 4 choices since Med is the most competitive course in most Universities. Ucas form also has a part for your teachers and counsellor to fill your recommendation which is the most important for admissions to evaluate your ability to enroll their courses. These are simple ideas about Ucas form, you will get acquainted with it soon when you reach the second year of A-level.
Talking more about Foundation and A-level
If comparing these two levels, you can obviously see that A-level will give you many more benefits than Foundation. As Tuan said above, only 19 or maybe fewer Universities in England accept your Foundation level. In my point of view, these universities are not really good since they are in the middle or bottom part of university ranking (except for King's college London)
@Hien: I saw your syllybus before (I mean the one for foundation in my school), and I can say that it's much easier than the one i had to study in A-level. Although your course is only one year, I am sure that the 'volume' of understanding that you can absord cannot be as much as the one that an A-level student must take. Finally, I was not in Cambrige though my school has name like this. I used to be in Croydon (Cambridge Tutors College). Unfortunately, i am not in the UK anymore since i am taking a gap year now and applying for the American Universities. As what i said somewhere before in this thread, England is not worth for who cannot afford its huge money of tuition fee. I mean who only has a small budget
