Summer 2006 Vietnamese Student Application
Crossing Borders is a student run non-governmental organization
operating at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor whose members are
committed to bridging the divide between universities and the
development world. By coordinating with agencies and professionals,
students will participate in a comprehensive level of involvement. In
this process, it has become apparent to our members that there is often
an unnecessarily long lag time between the research discoveries and
innovative ideas produced in academia and their implementation by
development initiatives and organizations.
For the summer of 2006, from June 27thâSeptember 1, Crossing Borders is
seeking two Vietnamese nationals who are currently enrolled in a
Vietnamese University or College to work and live with a team of 7

a paid position, however, all of your living and travel expenses will
