Currently, our company has one full time position for Senior Executive, Evaluation Dept. working in Hanoi office with details as follows:
- Job description:
o Contribute to the overall evaluation and execution of prospective investment opportunities, sourcing deals and exploring strategic partnership
o Oversee due diligence, valuation, deal structuring and development of investment proposals
o Present proposals to investment committee for approval
o Supervise investment transactions and post-investment monitoring of portfolio companies: managing and coordinating with all involved parties to ensure accurate and timely completion of required deliverables, serving as primary liaison to prospective clients
o Support firm management as necessary, prepare quarterly investor report
o Provide general oversight and career development for Junior Executives
- Recruitment Criteria:
o MBA holder, major in business, finance or investment
o GPA 3.0 upwards
o Fluent English speaking: minimum Toefl 600 or equivalent
o Required skills: presentation skills, negotiation skills, communication skills, analytical skills, problem solving skills, team-work spirit…
o At least one year working experiences in financial and/or investment fields
