hey,common everyone,may I go first with a hot problem in Hanoi: littering!
None can refuse that littering is the most common crime in Hanoi, and people are so familliar to it that it seems to be an custom! You can see littering everywhere, on street, in park, at work,.. and even beside a trash bin.
But why is this crime so popular? "There aren't many trash bins in Hanoi.It's too rediculous to go kilometers just to through a milk box( i'm not sure whetherthis word is true)", said my friend. Blaming for the goverment is always a good way, but it's not all.What about the one who litters beside a trash bin? I think the cause is balancing between goverment and dwellers. They are unconcious.If people cannot find any trash bin around, they can keep rubbish in a small nilon and through it in a suitable time!....(phù ,I cannot think anymore)
