CÁC TƯ THẾ CƠ BẢN CỦA CHEERLEADING ( BASIC CHEERLEADING MOTIONS ) :
Động tác 1
This is the basic cheerleading stance. Remember to keep your arms tight because, to the judges, everything is a motion.
Động tác 2
This stance is called a lunge. It may be used in combination with almost any motion.
Động tác 3
You may also simply stand with your feet apart while doing motions.
Động tác 4
This is a high V. It is a classic motion that is used in almost every cheer, and it may also be used in "prepping" for jumps.
Động tác 5
This motion is a half high V. Do it the same way that you did a high V, except put one fist on your hip. It can be done with either arm up.
Động tác 6
This is a low V. It is simply the opposite of a high V.
Động tác 7
--> right "k"
--> left "k"
This motion is called a "K" motion. Make sure that your wrists are kept straight when you hit this motion. It may be done to either the right of the left. It is often done while standing in a lunge.
Động tác 8
--> right "L"
--> left "L"
This motion is called an "L" motion. It may also be done in either direction. Keep your elbows locked.
Động tác 9
--> right "diagonal"
--> left "diagonal"
This is a diagonal. It can be done in either direction.
Động tác 10
This is a "T" motion.
Động tác 11
--> 1/2 "T"
This is a variation of the "T". It's usually called a half-T.
Động tác 12
This is a bow and arrow. It is another variation of the "T" motion. Just bend one arm at the elbow.
Động tác 13
This motion is called daggers.
Động tác 14
This is a touchdown motion. Make sure to keep your wrists straight when you do this motion, and keep your fists flat on top!
Động tác 15
This is a low touchdown motion. Just bring your arms straight down from a touchdown motion.
Động tác 16
---> GO GO GO !!!

This is a punch motion. It is often used in cheers that require a crowd response. It is sometimes called a "GO" motion.

CÁC BƯỚC NHẢY CHEERLEADING (BASIC CHEERLEADING JUMPS ) :
Động tác 1
-->TOE TOUCH.
Legs are spread in a horizontal "V".
Arms are reaching over legs in horizontal "V".
Kick behind arms to give hyper-extended look.
Bring your legs to your hands.
Động tác 2
-->TABLE TOP.
Keep back leg bent, like a hurdler, but facing straight out.
Front leg makes an L shape.
When both legs are bent, ankles and knees are inline.
Động tác 3
-->SIDE HUDLER.
Bring straight leg, in front of you, above the waist.
Bend the other leg back, with knee facing forward.
Arms reaching out from chest, parallel over straight leg.
Động tác 4
-->TUCK JUMP.
Knees are together, and bent into the chest.
Arms are in the high "V" position.
Động tác 5
-->PIKE.
Both legs are kicked forward to waist level.
Keep legs together at the ankles.
Arms reach over legs in horizontal "V".
Động tác 6
-->HERKIE.
Bring the straight leg diagonally to waist level.
Bend other leg back and have knee facing forward.
Both hands on hips or one on hip and other horizonally
