What's the difference between knowing and believing that you know ?
 
Knowing is more objective.
Believing that u know is more subjective.
Anyways, it depends on what type of people you're talking about.
 
seriously, what the hell is going on with you?
anyway, i think that the one who believes that he knows is happier than the one who does know. Think about what I say!

Knowing = bound
Believing that you know = may be
