Em và một vài người bạn ở Việt Nam đang được mời tham gia Festival thanh
niên tình nguyện thế giới tổ chức tại OSLO. NAUY từ ngay 11 đến ng27
tháng 7 năm 2003.
Bọn em biết chương trình này do có chị ở Tổ chức TN liên hiệp quốc giới
thiệu, nên bọn em đã viết email giới thiệu những hoạt động của bọn em, và đăng ký theo FORM của họ trong website.
Họ đã cho GROUP của bọn em tham gia FESTIVAL. Em gửi lên đây một phần thư
họ trả lời:
We will also like to inform you that a scholarship has been awarded to your
attendees and will only cover the following:
1- Travel assistance
Covers your transportation to and from Oslo.
The maximum travel assistance can not however exceed €1500 per delegate.
You are required to provide us with your travel ticket receipt for refund on
arrival.
A transportation arrangement will be provided from the Airport to the venue
of the Festival.
2- Full accommodation in youth hostels and/or camp during the festival.
An arrangement has been made for participants who might need an Entry
Clearance (Visa) to the Kingdom of Norway.
The final details of IYVF 2003 registered participants will be forwarded to
the UTLENDINGDIREKTORATET (UDI), the Norwegian Immigration Authority who
will make them available to the Kingdom diplomatic missions abroad and/or
other European Representations part of the Schengen Agreement in delegates
countries of provenance.
Notice that unlike other countries, the decision of visa issuance in Norway
is not decided by the Embassies but by the UDI and communicated to the
embassies.
The official invitation document and the final complete program will only be
issued to participants who will have fully paid the registration fee of
€100.
Delegates from countries that do not require visa to Norway can pay their
registration fee on arrival. Please check this option on the registration
page if applies.
Finally, you are kindly required to provide us with your flight booking
details as soon as possible for lodging and airport pick-up arrangement.
Our volunteer staff will supply you with identification badges at your
arrival at Oslo International Airport – Jessheim –.
All delegations are expected to produce a short cultural performance and/or
exhibition.
Please send us in advance a draft of your intended performance.
An exhibition boot will be provided free of charge to organizations willing
to do so.
Please submit your boot request along with your delegates’ details.
