Motorbike crash causes village war
A minor motorcycle accident sparked a three-hour violent clash involving more than 1,000 people in Vietnam.
At least 17 people were injured and 20 houses damaged in the brawl, which erupted after two men argued over responsibility for the crash, reports News24.com.
A local policeman, Tran Son, said the argument became a running battle between rival villages near Hanoi, as 1,000 people fought with sticks, spears and stones.
The two men who started the trouble were uninjured, and police have launched an investigation.
Mr Son said: "It took one hour for us to disperse the crowd. We are still investigating to find out who is to blame as it caused public disorder in the district."
