incredibly easy and tasty!
ingredients:
mango
ice cream
rum
preparation:
cut the mango in small pieces, you decide the size
put some GOOD rum into the mango, sit in in a plate. put this delicious thing in the fridge for several hours
now have some ice cream (i would suggest plain vanila, but you can use any kind you want) and serve the mango in the fridge onto the ice cream.
DONT use too much rum, but definitely use enough of it so that it will bring out a great flavor!
