Trouble arrives in measures,
and we stack it up real high,
until we're convinced,
we have no reason to try.

If you feel defeated,
you're absolutely wrong,
for if you follow your dream,
you could never lose for long.

Ignore the minor set-backs
that pile up and trouble you,
or you will build a mountain,
out of the stones hurled at you.

The future holds great promise,
your destiny unknown,
but God is always helping,
and you're never alone.

Soar bravely toward your goal.
Let nothing darken the way.
You can change your tomorrow,
if you seek your dream today.

Is this your writing? If yes, plz confirm with me so I can use for EHAO.

this ís a chinese girl's dream

I Have A Dream, Too.

I have my dream -- my American dream. It is humble or even shameful if compared with that of Martin Luther King II. Still it takes me a couple of years' effort. With dream in heart, nothing seems to be particularly hard.

Sweltering summer days of 1999 in Wuhan. While all the other classmates got their job offers, satisfied of some and not of the others, I was the only one left. Friends came over and talked to me with sympathetic care. (Really appreciate their kindness.)
God knows: I have my dream -- my American dream. It is humble or even shameful if compared with that of Martin Luther King II. Still it takes me a couple of years' effort. With dream in heart, nothing seems to be particularly hard.
Accidentally, I came across the book named "Class" by Paul Faussell of its Chinese version. No, I will not make any comments on that book without any experience in such a society and culture, what I say will be nonsense. (Wish I get the chance to check with my eyes.) However, the title itself may be a little bit sensitive to the Chinese of elder generation. Thanks to the translator did not put the title into the word that over used decades ago, which seems to be the exact matching.
Only this book pictures something I have never imagined for how much it is truth to the reality. Such is what I learn from the course of Outline of the United States: the biggest county of immigrants; a land of diversified cultures and ethnicity; a nation of relatively short but progressive history; a superpower in economy and weapons so that it enjoys its role of world affairs. While the Hollywood movies show me the ever exciting and stylish American way of life with endless romance and legends, my American teachers and friends impress me with their great sense of humor and directness.
But what if the description in "Class" is true, or somewhat true? Students should have less worry about that. After all, I believe this rule is less applicable on campus. But there are Chinese students who come to this land beyond academic pursue. Some choose a road of no return. Then what makes the United States such a big attraction?
Still, that is our dream. Aspiration kindled by innumerous stories like "Starbucks" and "From China, with Ambition That Burns". If it is not too much amazing that one brought up by Project is able to establish a company that later develops into transnational; it is unimaginable, at least in China, anyone who sells candles can build up a $25 million business.
Despite the existence of so-called class, vigorous and animated people keep breaking the conventions. Changes and uncertainty bring in possibilities. And opportunities follow. A competitive and dynamic society thus heads forward.
Actually, my humble dream rarely involves big money. Wherever the part of world I am, if I am cultivating my personality, enriching my experience, it will be the biggest gift I give myself.
