So EHAO will have another reopenning on Nov 8. That's why we had an online meeting last night at 10 p.m (U.S time).
1. People participated:
- Ngo To Giao
- Mai Thanh Ha
- Nguyen Van Mai
- Nguyen Dieu Huong
- Thu Ha
- Thuy (Anh 2 00-03 , Singapore)
- Hong Nhung (Chu Van An, US)
- Toan Nguyen (US)
and I also got positive reply from Phuong (02-05)
2. We agreed about the arrangement of EHAO Writing group. Specifically,
each week, there will be at least 1 new topic in English club. The topic is decided by the whole group the week before.
Everyone in EHAO writing is reponsible for giving feedbacks on the topic.
1 person is in charge of collecting all other people's pieces of writing during that week, resuming and summitting that piece to EHAO editors. Because we have about 10 people right now in the writing group, I hope that you will only have to this duty every two months.
3. I will send you guys the Duty list asap.
4. There are already some new topics in EClub so we should be good for now. For next week there will be Toan's new topic.
This solution is based on everyone's interest. EHAO won't assign you to write as before since that will eliminate your creativity. This new plan will allow you to be more active and creative. The key point is that you have to take it serious. I won't buzz you to ask for a post in EClub (which only takes you 10mins).
5. Besides the people who joined the meeting, anyone else who is interested in EHAO, please contact me asap. I YMed you all last night about this plan, please reply to that message to let me know if you still want to be in EHAO.
