Trước tiên có đôi lời giới thiệu qua để mọi người ( các thành viên chưa biết E-HAO là cái gì .. :| ) tham khảo qua :
E-HAO có nghĩa là English-HAO , là ban phụ trách về trang chủ của HAO nhưng là English version chứ không phải trang = tiếng Việt

) oh well, I am not a fan of that "essay" idea. It would be more practical if people could just submit st (an article, a poem...) as a ticket to enter EHAO ;

Plus it is not difficult to judge one's writing ability. If you can't express ur ideas understandably in several posts, I guess you know where you stand

Hi guys,
It is not unusual that we came up with the idea of writing essay for recruiting new E-HAO collaborators. From some interviews with the new applicants last few weeks, here are some answers that we got:
Q: What do you know about our E-HAO? "Sorry, I dont know anything about EHAO" or even worse "oh, what is E-HAO?". It really disappointed us.
Q: Why do you want to join EHAO? The answers were mainly: practicing English, making more friends. Well, of course there is nothing wrong with that, (totally right, indeed), but we just dont see why we should recruit you, what really make you stand out of the crowd?

We do expect all new applicants to do some research about us - E-HAO, just think abit practically, in the future, are you going to apply to the company that you dont know what business they are doing? Writing an essay to show what do you understand about E-HAO is one of the solutions we can think of at the moment to solve that problem (any better ideas are also welcome). You can look at E-HAO homepage for some references. We are going to open a new box for E-HAO in the main HAO forum very soon so you can look up for information as well. I understand we are all busy, but I dont think we are asking for too much from a less-than-150words essay. Also, bear in mind that we are looking for ideas in the essay (I also accept writing with bullet points, maybe it saves our time as well) to show us why we should call you for an interview. Great English with correct grammar and spelling is not the main purpose of this essay although it adds value to your work, obviously.

Lastly, alot of people think that working for E-HAO is just for fun. In fact, it is very funny, interesting and even relaxing working for E-HAO, but we do expect you to have some responsibility and enthusiam. Therefore the procedures to apply to E-HAO are stricter nowadays. After we assess your essay, you will then have to attend an interview with one or two of our experts to find out the strength and talents in you. Then you will talk to E-HAO General Manager / Human Resource Manager / Quality Manager to find out what position will suit you best. For the first week working in E-HAO, you will have to attend a training program with your Moderator. The training will be something like producing a piece of English work like an article, a poem, etc (like Huong suggested) however, it really depends on the properties of work you are doing.
