Culture shock!!!!

Moving to a new environment can't be easy .I think it's a problem for everybody , especially for teens.
It was so difficult for me to get used to the new place and the people. What can i do to go though culture shock?Can u give me some advices?:cry: :cry: :cry:

go out, talk 2 ppl, enjoy weather, environment. dont stay at home or keep callin Ur friends/family back home etc
