REGULATIONS FOR THE CONDUCT OF IDSF WORLD RANKING TOURNAMENTS

2 Adjudicators
2.1 IDSF World Open:
In the moment no IDSF World Open are granted
2.2 IDSF International Open:
A minimum of 7 adjudicators from at least 6 IDSF member countries nominated by the organiser and confirmed by IDSF. The number of adjudicators can be moved to 9 adjudicators from at least 6 IDSF member countries, to 11 adjudicators from at least 8 IDSF member countries or to 13 adjudicators from at least 10 IDSF member countries. No more than 2 adjudicators can represent the same country.
2.3 IDSF Open:
A minimum of 5 adjudicators from at least 4 IDSF member countries nominated by the organiser and confirmed by IDSF. The number of adjudicators can be moved to 7 adjudicators from at least 5 IDSF member countries, 9 adjudicators from at least 6 IDSF member countries, 11 adjudicators from at least 7 IDSF member countries or 13 adjudicators from at least 8 IDSF member countries.

4 Number and nationalities of couples in IDSF WORLD RANKING TOURNAMENTS
4.1 IDSF World Open:
In the moment no IDSF World Open are granted.
4.2 IDSF International Open:
A minimum of 24 couples from 5 IDSF member associations or a minimum of 48 couples in the second round of the competition.
4.3 IDSF Open:
A minimum of 24 couples from 4 IDSF member associations or a minimum of 36 couples in the second round of the competition.
5 IDSF World Ranking Points
IDSF World Ranking Points are given to the participating couples in the following IDSF Competitions as follows:
5.1 IDSF World Championships:
Ranking points to all couples according to the IDSF Ranking Points Schedule for IDSF World Championship (Adult and Senior).
5.2 IDSF World Open:
In the moment no IDSF World Open are granted.
5.3 IDSF International Open:
Ranking points to all couples according to the IDSF Ranking Points Schedule.
5.4 IDSF Open:
Ranking points to all couples according to the IDSF Ranking Points Schedule.
6 IDSF Ranking Points Schedule

The points in the schedule for IDSF International Open and IDSF Open are basis points. The points get an addition or reduction according enclosed list. The calculation will be made by the IDSF Sports Director.
Conditions for an addition or reduction of the basis points:
Less than 13 couples participating in the competition -20 %
Less than 24 couples participating in the competition -10 %
36 to 47 couples participating in the competition +10 %
48 to 95 couples participating in the competition +25 %
96 to 143 couples participating in the competition +30 %
144 to 191 couples participating in the competition +35 %
192 and more couples participating in the competition +40 %
Couples from 8 to 10 different IDSF members +10 %
Couples from 11 to 14 different IDSF members +25 %
Couples from 15 to 20 different IDSF members +40 %
Couples from more than 20 different IDSF members +50 %

7 Applications for IDSF World Ranking Tournaments
Applications for IDSF World Ranking Tournaments must be submitted to the IDSF Sports Director 6 month in advance.
8 Number of Competitions for the IDSF Computer World Ranking List
To have always an up to date IDSF Computer World Ranking List the sum of points is built always by the best 6 results of the couples of the last 12 month in the IDSF Computer World Ranking List, that means, a couple can have results being cancelled. The result of the IDSF World Championships, Adult and Senior, is in the IDSF Computer World Ranking List up to the next IDSF World Championship. The basis to give exemptions in IDSF World Ranking Tournaments is always the status of the CWR List of the fist of the month before the competition.
9 Exceptions
For Competitions outside of Europe IDSF can make special exceptions from these regulations.
