i know i sound so dumb but im so scared of losing my own properties someday ........ i mean i still dont feel safe to invest on something not stable, something not really strong !
THe laws is unfair and not clear in VN, and they can change the laws anyhow they want to, in a few minutes. And who knows? but real estate in VN is a HOT spot everyone wants a piece of it!
