Otherwise, i've got a problem rite now coz my counsellor is in England but i went back to VN already... in the matter of fact i have no chance to meet her again. So instead of her signature, can i get one from my Vnese high school teacher???

Can i use the same form of fee waiver for SAT??? If i have a form, where i have to send them to??? Is this the Uni tt i will apply to?? I've got another prob now... i dun really have a counselor coz i am taking year break so Should i ask my teacher in high school or my teacher in my old col. in...

but how to get this fee waiver... can u guys give more detailed information about this??plz. Coz i am not studying in any school in VN now so how can i get letter from my col.
